The Tsunami did not reach to the heights and escaped narrowly of the destruction, but Tsunam devastates surrounding area. Now the center is totally isolated. The roads are still blocked and the center can be reached only by walk. The evacuees were so surprised but pleased when SVA reached with the relief.
